Return of In Store Purchases

Aistriu will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product.

  • Returns may be made in store at Aistriu (931 Route 73 S, Marlton NJ 08053)
  • No returns on special order items
  • Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase
  • Refunds for cash purchases will be paid in cash up to $75
  • A refund check will be issued for purchases made by personal check and cash returns over $75. The refund check should arrive via mail 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return. Refunds for purchases made with an Aistriu Gift Card or Aistriu Store Credit will have a new store credit issued
  • We do not accept used items, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.

Return of Web Store Purchases

Aistriu will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be in new condition with original packaging and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product. You must also return any promotional or complimentary gift items provided with your original purchase.

  • You may return merchandise to the Aistriu retail location or by mail. Please use return/exchange form and instructions provided with your purchase
  • Use the original shipping container and packing materials, if possible
  • You will be responsible for correctly packaging your return item so it is not damaged in shipping
  • You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned merchandise
  • No returns on special order items
  • Refunds for a credit card purchase will be credited to the card original purchase was made on
  • Refunds for purchases made with an Aistriu Gift Card or Aistriu Store Credit will have a new store credit issued

If you are still not comfortable ordering on-line, we accept orders by phone and mail in addition to on-line service. How you place the order is up to you, be assured your order will be processed in a safe and expedient manner.
